Verlita B.V. operates Shared Membership, an online platform that provides and manages access to digital subscription services through group and family-plan arrangements. Access is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. For a one-year purchase, that period may vary by up to 14 days either way.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You will provide accurate and complete information.

All prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
• Access is granted only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-transferable, time-limited access to the purchased service.

You agree not to resell, sublicense, or share access beyond what is permitted, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or regions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services where required for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@sharedmembership.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. Sending the form by email is enough.

If you withdraw, we refund every payment we received from you for that order, including when access has already started. We make the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

All original Website content, branding, text, graphics, and software are the property of Verlita B.V. or its licensors.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or descriptive purposes only.

Shared Membership is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party service referenced on the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verlita B.V. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time, but termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Verlita B.V. collects and processes personal data.
